Break Unhealthy Patterns

Build real
self-trust

Let go of the story in your head.
meet what's actually here.
No pressure. No commitment. Just a conversation.

most patterns don't start with the behavior.

They start with how you relate to what you’re experiencing.

Something feels uncomfortable

and almost instantly, your mind creates a story about it

what it means, how it shouldn’t be, what needs to change.

So you react.

You reach for something to shift how you feel.

Over time, that reaction becomes a pattern.

Does any of This feel familiar?

  • Do you keep telling yourself you’ll “cut back”
on alcohol, caffeine, cannabis, sugar, porn, or scrolling
but end up right back where you started?

  • Do you rely on something external to regulate stress, energy, or emotions?

  • Do you feel uncomfortable, restless, or off…
and immediately look for a way to escape it?

  • Are you functional on the outside,
but frustrated with patterns you can’t seem to break?

  • Do you feel stuck between wanting change
and not trusting yourself to follow through?

  • Do you feel disconnected from your body, your intuition, or your energy?

  • Do you want to change your relationship with these habits
without shame, labels, or extreme approaches?

If so, you’re not broken — and you don’t need more willpower. You need a different approach.

What I do

I help people change patterns that no longer serve them.

Many of the people I work with are capable and self-aware, yet stuck in habits that quietly undermine their energy, clarity, and confidence.

This work isn’t about forcing yourself to stop.

It’s about recognizing what’s actually happening in the moment that keeps the pattern going — and building the capacity to respond differently.

Together, we:

  • see clearly what’s actually happening in real time

  • understand the story driving the reaction

  • regulate your nervous system so urges lose intensity

  • respond differently instead of reacting automatically

  • rebuild self-trust through consistent, sustainable change

No shame. No extremes. No white-knuckling.

About

How We Work Together

We change behavior by understanding how it was formed — and what continues to drive it — while staying focused on real, livable change.

1) Understand how the pattern began
We explore how your current habits developed — often as intelligent responses to stress, discomfort, or unmet needs earlier in life.

This isn’t about blame or reliving the past.

It’s about clarity — so the pattern stops feeling personal or confusing.

2) Recognize the pattern in real time
We identify what's really happening in the moment:

  • what you're feeling

  • the story your mind creates about it

  • how you react

  • what you get from that reaction

Instead of the pattern running automatically, you begin to see it as it's happening.

3) Build awareness and regulation
We develop your ability to stay with what's actually here —without immediately reacting to it.

As your system becomes more regulated, urges lose intensity and you have more space to choose how you respond.

4) Respond differently and integrate
From that place, we introduce changes that actually stick — habits, routines, and boundaries that meet the same underlying needs in a more aligned way.

This isn't about forcing a new life.

It's about building one that works.

When awareness, regulation, and structure align, change becomes less of a battle — and more of a shift.

"Working with Craig was truly an eye opening experience. His wisdom, compassion and intuitive guidance helped me reconnect with my true self.  His personalized approach created a safe, empowering space for me to find a renewed purpose."

If this resonates, a short conversation can bring clarity.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want to change — only that something isn’t working.
